to our prestigious fleet of Elan Yachts in Mali Lošinj, Croatia.
1. Advantages of JADRANKA Yachting’s Adratic Charter Management Program
JADRANKA Yachting will professionally manage the operation and maintenance of the boat, thereby allowing the Owner to spend more time out experiencing the joys of sailing. Benefits to Owners may include:
- earning charter revenue trough JADRANKA Yachting booking facilities,
- earning additional commission charter revenue,
- JADRANKA Yachting service staff at our marina will take care of your boat while you are away for maintaining perfect condition of your vessel,
- marina berth in Mali Lošinj, Croatia,
- up to 6 weeks use of their vessels or in low seasons even more,
- spend your owner time on any of our locations in Croatia.

Undependable of the charter management program JADRANKA Yachting is covering all costs of marketing, booking, organization and operation of the JADRANKA Charter fleet at Mali Lošinj.

2. Additional income for the Owner
Owner of Elan yacht in charter management is entitled to 20% discount for booking on his own yacht and 15 % commission for any other yacht from JADRANKA Yachting fleet he’d booked. That additional income could significantly lower the risk of investment for the owner.
3. Maintenance of your Vessel
Owner is obliged by the contract to cover all running costs as per Table 3. All additional major maintenance costs & damage that is not covered by insurance are subject to mutual agreement.

NOTE: The cost are not fixed and are exposed to changes due to legislative regulations and can be higher or lower, according to the prices of marina berths etc. Also the incomes can be higher or lower due to state of charter market, supply and demand, rising the pricelist or higher discounts.
4. Geographic location
The place of mooring is Mali Lošinj on island Lošinj.
5. Owner use of the Yacht
Owner can use his yacht for 6 weeks per year. In order to maximize the charter income the owner is recommended to minimize personal use of the yacht during high season (July& August) to 2 weeks only.
However with prior mutual confirmation owner can use his yachts at other periods as well in case yacht is not booked for charter by JADRANKA Yachting.
6. Joining the JADRANKA Yachting’s Adriatic Charter Management Program
Call or e-mail our office and let us know what kind of yacht you are interested in. We will discuss your needs and wishes and send you draft contracts, specifications and any other information you may require. Typically yachts for Adriatic are delivered in spring but the contracts are made at all times of the year.
